Arenga undulatifolia "Jumbo Sugar palm"

Natural Habitat: Naturally found throughout Borneo, and the Philippines islands

Environment: A naturally clustering palm that can reach heights over 15 feet. The leaves are long and fishtailed with a dark green topsides and bluish silver underside. The branches are long and arching reaching lengths over 20 feet, even at a young age. This palm does not usually develop a trunk and tends to keep its small crown close to the ground.

Environment: Can take both sun and shade. Enjoys a shady moist area where it gets watered regularly. As a seedling, just keep it moist and in a shady area. The undulatifolia is cold hardy to the low 30’s, and can handle mild frost with no to minimal damage. Zones 9b-11
